We had an excellent experience with Tyrone. We called him yesterday evening (Saturday) at the number above. The voice message provided the option to leave a message or send details by text message. We sent a text message and got a response within just a couple minutes. Tyrone set up a mutually convenient time the very next morning (Sunday) to come and unclog our kitchen sink. We got a message 30 minutes before he arrived. The whole process was incredibly fast, very clean, and he explained exactly what he was doing. He also provided preventative maintenance suggestions that we appreciated very much. The price was very reasonable, especially for a weekend call. We will definitely recommend Tyrone to our family, friends and acquaintances.
